Essential Oil Cheat Sheet

Morning Sickness: DigestZen, Fennel, Ginger, or Peppermint Essential Oil
Headaches: Peppermint Essential Oil or PastTense Blend
DVT: Massage aromatouch essential oils or cypress into your legs to help with circulation and a cooling effect.  
Stretch Marks: Immortelle
Birth Kit: Diffuser plus Myrrh, Helichrysum, Balance, DigestZen, Frankincense, Wild Orange, Cheer, Roman Chamomile, Peppermint, and Fractionated Coconut Oil.  (First 6 essential oils most necessary, others help with mood and other things)
Newborn Bonding: Frankincense Essential Oil on the baby’s crown and spine.  
Other Important essential oils after birth:  Apply Myrrh (1 drop) to umbilical cord to help seal the tissue and protect all systems of the body. Balance (grounding blend) on the baby’s feet.  
Restful night for you and Baby: Roman Chamomile in a diffuser!
Breastfeeding helping Milk Flow: Fennel and Basil Essential Oils.
Colic: DigestZen or Fennel diluted with fractionated Coconut Oil

Diaper Rash DIY: Sandalwood or Myrrh in fractionated coconut oil with some lavender and possibly helichrysum.  

Teething: 1 drop of clove or white fir directly to the gums.

Baby Powder DIY: 20 drops of lavender to 8 tablespoons of cornstarch.

Essential Oils to help with Postpartum Depression: Elevation (joyful blend), ClaryCalm, Bergamot, Wild Orange, Cheer, Geranium, Frankincense, Melissa, and Roman Chamomile.  I highly recommend making a perfume with water and a few drops of a few of these essential oils and incorporating it into your daily routine.
